Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, ensuring successful project goals, client service, quality, staff utilization, firm reputation, and profitability.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, inspiring shared vision, and taking ultimate responsibility for team actions.
• Articulate and communicate client vision, goals, and objectives by developing project work plans during the planning phase.
• Develop project fees and contracts during planning; establish project schedule, budget, and profitability during start-up.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, meeting design intent, client vision, and quality standards.
• Develop client approach strategies, cultivate business development, present firm services, and participate in client interviews.
• Continuously manage and develop key, repeat clients, maintaining strong relationships for future opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of architectural experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recent project management experience in science and technology, higher education, or healthcare projects.
• Excellent client management and leadership skills.
• Superior technical and presentation skills.
• Commitment to design excellence.
