About the Role

Kraken powers innovative global developments in energy, creating a smart, sustainable energy system. We are seeking a leader to manage major client implementation programs and deliver world-changing results, transforming the energy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the successful execution of client implementation programs using the Build-Operate-Transfer methodology.
  • Find solutions that bring clients into the new software and operating model, accelerating delivery and reducing risk.
  • Develop deep relationships with C-suite client executives.
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Continuously demonstrate Kraken’s business value to the client and build a lasting governance model.
  • Set the direction and pace for program execution, managing expectations, removing blockers, and making prioritization decisions.
  • Understand program details and report progress to the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Embody the Kraken ways of working, providing support and feedback to team members and reinforcing psychological safety.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Regulated Utilities.
  • Strong experience leading large business and/or IT transformation projects, ideally in utilities or similar industries (e.g., telecom, public sector).
  • Proven experience presenting and negotiating with C-suite clients and initiating strategic conversations.
  • Ability to understand what success looks like for the client and focus on enabling them to achieve it.
  • Team player who can work effectively with national and global teams.
  • Client and quality focus; highly effective at building and improving customer relationships as peers.
  • Mobile - Frequent travel will be expected for face-to-face relationship building.
  • Fluent English.
