About the Role
The Fitness Advisor is responsible for recruiting new members, understanding their health and fitness goals, and recommending services to help them achieve those goals. This role involves building relationships and ensuring member success.
Responsibilities
- Building a pipeline of potential members using provided tools and resources.
- Touring potential members around the club and educating them on services.
- Creating success plans for new members leveraging GoodLife service offerings.
- Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- High degree of self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of people.
- Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Excellent time management skills.
