About the Role

This role focuses on expanding Reddit's business by leading partnerships with Independent Agencies. You will manage strategic relationships, bringing internal and external stakeholders together to drive shared revenue outcomes. The position involves identifying growth opportunities through education programs, decision-maker engagements, and next-generation business solutions. You will develop these relationships with a business-building mindset, spearheading initiatives that benefit agency partners, their clients, and generate opportunities for the Indy Sales team.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between Independent Agencies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships.
Formulate and execute quarterly/annual Independent Agency go-to-market strategy aligned with global corporate/sales objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional leads, to ensure successful go-to-market strategy delivery.
Develop and contribute to tentpole events with business marketing.
Act as a senior thought leader, ambassador, and spokesperson for Reddit in the industry.
Formulate, negotiate, and execute agency partnership agreements.
Lead educational training on Reddit best practices.
Uplevel agency creative strategy and execution to deliver positive client business outcomes.
Provide advertiser insights to Product Marketing and Product teams for new products, features, and solutions.
Partner with sales to develop account-level planning initiatives to accelerate advertiser acquisition and growth.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship management.
Deep familiarity with the Independent Agency ecosystem and strong relationships with key agencies.
Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with C-Suite and VP-level agency decision-makers.
Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to resolving product, process, and client challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, managing change effectively.
High level of competency in oral and written communication skills.
