About the Role
This role supports the delivery of exceptional customer service to suppliers and dental practices within a high-performing Accounts Payable team. It offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while continuously developing new skills and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Understand a fully automated paperless Accounts Payable model
- Liaison with third party supplier on invoice completion
- Audit processed invoices eligible for payment
- Respond to, action, and resolve inquiries in French using our internal ticket solution
- Verify account information
Requirements
- 1-3 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- 1-3 years of ERP system administration for Accounts Payable functions (Dynamics, Oracle, Great Plains, SAP, Pronto)
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Experience with Netsuite and Coupa preferred
- Exposure to a fast-paced multi-location organization
- Excellent French verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
