Responsibilities

• Protect people and property by conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and securing access points.
• Respond to incidents by investigating disturbances, reporting irregularities, and enforcing policies.
• Maintain order by directing traffic, interviewing witnesses, and completing detailed reports.
• Ensure safety by monitoring building controls and equipment to prevent security risks.
• Uphold standards by complying with legal and company security regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent judgment.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• NYS Driver License (Preferred).
• NYS Guard Card (Preferred).
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Previous military/law enforcement experience preferred.
