About the Role

This Global Oncology Market Access Co-op role supports various oncology assets, including launch and pipeline indications. The J&J Innovative Medicine Global Market Access organization collaborates with Global Strategic Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, and R&D to ensure worldwide patient access to healthcare innovations. The vision for J&J IM Oncology is to lead in payer-oriented commercial solutions while maintaining patient-focused, socially responsible, and commercially successful ideals. This yearlong co-op, based in Toronto, ON, runs from Fall 2026 to Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Support global health economics and market access tactical plans for oncology brands/portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain tools and resources for effective execution of global market access strategies.
  • Define and develop tools to improve process efficiency and internal communications.
  • Conduct literature searches and synthesize clinical/real-world data.

  • Strong academic performance.

  • Ability to work independently and high motivation to exceed expectations.
