About the Role

This Global Oncology Market Access Co-op role supports various oncology assets, including launch and pipeline indications. The J&J Innovative Medicine Global Market Access organization collaborates with Global Strategic Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, and R&D to ensure worldwide patient access to healthcare innovations. The vision for J&J IM Oncology is to lead in payer-oriented commercial solutions while maintaining patient-focused, socially responsible, and commercially successful ideals. This yearlong co-op, based in Toronto, ON, runs from Fall 2026 to Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

Support global health economics and market access tactical plans for oncology brands/portfolio.
Develop and maintain tools and resources for effective execution of global market access strategies.
Define and develop tools to improve process efficiency and internal communications.
Conduct literature searches and synthesize clinical/real-world data.

Requirements

Strong academic performance.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and high motivation to exceed expectations.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
