About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead and execute audit procedures
Develop audit approaches for engagement teams
Oversee staff throughout engagements
Review complex transactions
Support high-quality engagement delivery
Discuss engagement efficiencies and client-specific risks
Lead, instruct, and oversee A&A staff
Prepare and/or review financial statements
Complete general audit procedures including coordination of closing communications, drafting correspondence, and resolving open items
Research technical issues using online tools
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel

Requirements

2+ years of public accounting experience
Experience using Engagement is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Master’s preferred
CPA certified or eligibility to pursue certification
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Acquisition accounting experience is a plus
