About the Role

We are looking to increase our database of candidates for contract vacancies. We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our UK Studio in London, offering opportunities for growth and new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design lead(s) from discovery through delivery of work, from new product launches to optimisation.
• Deliver and present design concepts and solutions that meet business and client needs.
• Guide clients through an iterative customer-centred design process.
• Self-organise, lead ideation workshops, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support more junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from our London office or local client office at least twice a week.
• Willingness to travel to client sites domestically or internationally as required by business strategy and client needs.
• Willingness to work on projects for clients across a wide range of industries due to the consulting nature of the business.
• Extensive experience creating design solutions for high profile digital products or services.
• Previous experience of managing/mentoring more junior designers is desirable.
• Experience of conducting evaluative research to validate and improve design solutions.
