About the Role

Air Canada is looking for Ramp Agents (Station Attendants) to join their airside operations team at the Toronto Cargo facility. This role is key to ensuring aircraft departures are safe, secure, and on time. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced team environment, problem-solving, and helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Managing baggage and freight
  • Operating a variety of equipment
  • Driving and operating aircraft servicing vehicles and equipment
  • Marshalling or towing aircraft to gate positions for passenger boarding and deplaning
  • Safely and efficiently handling all cargo/mail through our facilities
  • On-loading and off-loading cargo/mail to and from aircrafts
  • Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be available to work in shifts
  • Must be able to lift 70lbs
  • Must pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and dependability
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations

Salary/Compensations

  • $23.36/hour
  • Evening shifts premium: $0.50 per hour
  • Night shifts premium: $1.00 per hour
