About the Role
The Finance Manager oversees all accounting and financial operations for the hotel, providing strategic support and expertise to the Hotel Manager to maximize value while maintaining strict financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
- Maintain control over assets, costs, revenue, and cash flow
- Lead monthly results reviews and provide actionable insights
- Partner with department heads to improve cost control and profitability
- Build relationships with the hotel ownership group to support reporting
- Optimize finance processes for increased efficiency
- Provide oversight for IT and procurement functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Finance Manager or experienced Hotel Accountant
- Strong commercial mindset beyond technical accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practical, positive attitude
