About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our Business Transformation Management (BTM) team and help our customers reimagine how they run and transform their enterprise. You will own the full sales cycle across SAP’s BTM and Integrated Toolchain portfolio, working high-quality, consultative sales processes with a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and inbound demand. You will help prospects and existing SAP customers recognise the BTM portfolio as the preferred foundation for business process transformation, enterprise architecture, digital adoption, intelligent testing, and data excellence, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP migrations. You are responsible for the whole sales cycle: initiating contact, building trusted relationships, orchestrating value across SAP’s account teams and partners, and negotiating commercial and pricing detail through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a NSW-based territory across the full BTM and Integrated Toolchain product family, identifying and prosecuting new opportunities while expanding existing customer footprints.
  • Position the portfolio as an integrated transformation suite, connecting process intelligence, enterprise architecture, digital adoption, continuous quality and test automation, data migration and governance, and application lifecycle management.
  • Attach BTM value to RISE with SAP and S/4HANA transformation programmes, working closely with industry Account Executives, Solution Advisory, Customer Success, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Control the sales process end to end, guiding prospects through a clear, structured methodology across all deal phases with disciplined MEDDPICC qualification.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline, collaborating with inside sales and marketing to initiate and develop relationships across your NSW accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into measurable transformation outcomes and credible commercial business cases.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the B2B software / SaaS industry, ideally selling business process, enterprise architecture, digital adoption, software quality / testing, or data management solutions.
  • A track record of selling complex software solutions to large enterprises, building relationships with senior stakeholders across Business and IT (VPs, Directors and C-level), including CIO, CTO, COO, transformation and enterprise architecture functions.
  • Experience navigating the sales process within a large, matrixed organisation — able to orchestrate and co-sell with industry AEs, solution advisors, customer success, and partners.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation programmes, and the ability to position BTM value within them, is highly regarded.
  • Experienced in and genuinely energised by consultative selling, ideally using the MEDDIC / MEDDPICC qualification methodology.
  • A consultative, value-led mindset with the continuous ambition to help customers solve their most important challenges.
  • A collaborative approach, your passion to support your prospects and colleagues is part of your success.
  • Fluent English communication skills and the right to work in Australia.
