About the Role
The Therapeutic Specialist (TS) will play a key role in driving the commercial sales strategy for Jyseleca®, a JAK inhibitor treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This role involves collaborating with sales representatives from co-promotion partners according to KPIs, promoting Jyseleca to healthcare professionals for RA patients, and sharing insights with the Regional Director and team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales plans.
- Improve healthcare professionals' understanding of product characteristics and positioning.
- Execute various KPIs (planned visits, communication with physicians, communication with partners).
- Contribute to the business unit: share acquired knowledge, share knowledge and experience with the team, and engage in proposal activities.
- Implement events independently or in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Gather information such as healthcare professional insights and market trends.
Requirements
- Strong desire to make the best products in advanced therapies that help patients.
- Experience with JAK inhibitors, biologics, or rheumatoid arthritis.
- Not having participated in or currently participating in a PIP program, or having no experience in PIP-equivalent programs.
- Possess MR certification.
- Experience in partner business (co-promotion).
- Ability to proactively present opinions and proposals and execute them (proactiveness).
- Ability to proactively tackle difficult problems and unfamiliar tasks to achieve goals and see them through (challenging spirit and perseverance).
