About the Role

Join Sephora's Parramatta store management team as a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) on a Full-Time basis. This role supports the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
• Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
• Utilize reporting data for operational decisions in collaboration with management.
• Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
• Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to handle client and team member matters and make confident store decisions.

Requirements

• Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
• Previous retail management experience including P&L, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
• Hands-on leadership style focused on motivating, coaching, and developing the store team.
• Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Commitment to maintaining a strong, positive culture with a focus on feedback, development, coaching, and recognition.
• Proven drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Availability for 5 full days across key trading times, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
