The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team at IQVIA leads the industry in Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) knowledge. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service, strategic and scientific excellence, and build trusted client relationships.
- Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies for complex client issues.
- Lead sales efforts, uncover opportunities, and respond to proposals.
- Oversee delivery teams executing PCS projects.
- Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
- Lead solution building and thought leadership initiatives.
- Contribute to the market awareness of PCS through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
- Identify opportunities for service offering expansion and new business development.
- Support community building through recruitment, coaching, resource management, and network development.
- Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise to develop individuals and capabilities.
- Participate in annual performance review processes.
- Engage in recruitment and selection of new staff.
- Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate new business challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression.
- 7+ years of experience developing and delivering multinational strategic consulting projects in patient-centered outcomes research.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and customization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for pharmaceutical clients.
- Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership, and people development.
- Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and associated methods with depth of content knowledge.
- Strong experience in Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, meeting facilitation, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing.
- An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing and delivering custom, strategic client solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
