About the Role

The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team at IQVIA leads the industry in Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) knowledge. Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding client service, strategic and scientific excellence, and build trusted client relationships.
Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies for complex client issues.
Lead sales efforts, uncover opportunities, and respond to proposals.
Oversee delivery teams executing PCS projects.
Provide direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams.
Lead solution building and thought leadership initiatives.
Contribute to the market awareness of PCS through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
Identify opportunities for service offering expansion and new business development.
Support community building through recruitment, coaching, resource management, and network development.
Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise to develop individuals and capabilities.
Participate in annual performance review processes.
Engage in recruitment and selection of new staff.
Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate new business challenges.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting within a Professional Services business with evidence of career progression.
7+ years of experience developing and delivering multinational strategic consulting projects in patient-centered outcomes research.
Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and customization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) for pharmaceutical clients.
Proven track record of serving in sell and deliver roles, fostering client relationships, leadership, and people development.
Ability to engage clients and direct project teams on patient-centered research and associated methods with depth of content knowledge.
Strong experience in Patient Centered Outcomes research projects and knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments regulatory and scientific guidelines.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, meeting facilitation, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing.
An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing and delivering custom, strategic client solutions.
Willingness and ability to travel.
