About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educational Leader, you will shape the foundation of lifelong learning in our brand-new Caringbah service, opening July 2026. You will be a dedicated float leader across six rooms, supported by a structured Educational Leader Program, our STRONG Beginnings Curriculum, and a Pedagogical Practice Partner. You will influence pedagogy, mentor educators, and elevate outcomes across the service.
