About the Role
This role is for a licensed Psychotherapist joining as an independent contractor, offering clinical autonomy and total schedule control. As a 1099 Contractor, you manage your schedule, providing high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while the company handles backend logistics, allowing focus on client healing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, or couples therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including soap notes and treatment plans.
- Manage personal calendar and client volume based on individual capacity.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, unrestricted license.
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Possess a private, quiet, and professional space for confidential sessions.
- Self-motivated to manage caseload and administrative requirements.
