About the Role
Join our team as a licensed Psychotherapist, an independent contractor role offering clinical autonomy, total schedule control, and the flexibility to work remotely. As a 1099 Contractor, you manage your schedule and provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while we handle backend logistics, allowing you to focus on client care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, or couples therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including soap notes and treatment plans.
- Manage your calendar and client volume based on personal capacity.
Requirements
- Hold a valid, unrestricted license.
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Possess a private, quiet, and professional space for confidential sessions.
- Self-motivated to manage caseload and administrative requirements.
