About the Role

Serves food and drinks according to company guidelines. Interacts with guests and staff professionally, assisting with seating, table maintenance, to-go orders, side work, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and helpfully.
• Take orders and serve meals and beverages promptly.
• Operate POS system and other required software.
• Maintain clean work areas and properly store equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Assist with bussing, setting tables, side-work, and cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
