About the Role

As a Product Training Specialist, you will empower sales teams and enhance product knowledge, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of field sales teams across Pharmacy, Expert, and Grocery sales. Your expertise in training development and delivery will ensure teams confidently represent the entire Haleon portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement local product training programs tailored to enhance the skills and capabilities of field sales teams.
  • Spearhead the creation of comprehensive induction training for new hires across Pharmacy, Expert, and Grocery sales teams, covering the complete Haleon portfolio.
  • Conduct ongoing product training sessions for all employees across ANZ through the training portal.
  • Develop and lead specialized product training for major customer groups and banners.
  • Take charge of all cycle meetings to deliver continuous product and science-related training.
  • Drive the development of oral care training programs in partnership with university Expert Team Leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing and medical teams to create engaging and relevant training content and materials.
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify technical product training and soft skill development needs.
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Understand and adhere to the promotion approval process, ensuring all training content complies with local regulatory and medical approval requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products/science.
  • Skilled facilitator with experience in training and education.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships across various stakeholders – industry, retailers, healthcare professionals and teams.
  • Proactive and autonomous, comfortable taking the lead and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible.
