About the Role

This role involves field sales activities targeting dental clinics, dental professionals, and educational institutions to promote company products and increase their usage, aligning with the company's strategy. By expanding the reach of products and services, you will contribute to patient (consumer) health.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned dental clinics by company car to provide samples for dentists and dental hygienists to recommend to patients.
  • Request registration for a site that allows sample ordering.
  • Schedule and clearly explain seminars to dentists and dental hygienists to ensure correct understanding of product features and usage.
  • Conduct seminars at local dental associations and events to share the latest information.
  • Disseminate information through various channels including email, online seminars, and LINE.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate better proposals and ideas.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license (AT limited acceptable).

Skills

  • Ability to identify issues and plan actions systematically with prioritization to achieve KPIs.
  • Communication skills to understand needs and propose solutions clearly.
  • Ability to maintain a neat appearance and provide polite service.
  • Willingness to speak in front of people and engage in presentations and explanations.
  • Ability to leverage data and information to develop better proposals.
  • Ability to think from the perspective of patients and customers.
  • Interest in dentistry and oral care, and a willingness to learn.
