About the Role
We are expanding our Delivery function and seeking experienced Business Analysts to support strategic change and mandatory initiatives. You will translate business needs into sprint-ready requirements, shape solutions, and support high-quality releases across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize initiatives, and resolve issues.
- Gather and document business requirements into sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Walkthrough user stories with business and technology teams.
- Support Senior Business Analysts and Business Owners in breaking down Epics into stories.
- Assist Project Managers in planning and implementing business and technical components.
- Support developers and testers through the sprint cycle to achieve goals.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases during definition, design, and testing phases.
- Prepare stakeholder communications, deliver demos, and conduct training.
- Assist with business procedure documentation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to business cases or lean canvas development.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or 5+ years in Wealth Management with BA responsibilities.
- Strong exposure to Wealth Advisory or Private Banking platforms.
- Experience in process mapping, user story development, and Agile frameworks.
- Resilient, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel skills.
- Degree qualified.
