About the Role
As a Care Service Employee at BaptistCare, you will provide compassionate care, enabling residents to live well with dignity and purpose. You will build genuine connections, understand individual needs, and provide respectful personal and daily care, including assisting with meals, hygiene, and supporting resident activities. You will also engage with technology for care documentation, support residents with dementia, and uphold safety standards through WHS compliance and respectful workplace behaviours.

Requirements
- Must be available for night shifts: Wednesday to Friday, 11pm - 7am (45 hours per fortnight).
- Compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards is essential.
- Mandatory training and Police Background Check required.
- Successful candidates will be subject to a variety of background checks including a national criminal history check, reference checks and, if applicable, WWCC, NDIS worker screening check and a pre-employment medical.
