About the Role
At AirTrunk, we power the growth of the digital future by delivering hyperscale data centres across the Asia-Pacific region. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll join our Technology – Technical Solutions team and work closely with Customer Success to help shape customer-focused solutions across the full data centre lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to build your engineering capability in a fast-growing, high-impact industry while contributing to innovative infrastructure projects across APAC. You’ll support the delivery of technical solutions, customer presentations, and engineering initiatives that help bring our data centres to life.
Responsibilities
- Support the Solutions Team with RFP responses and key technical documentation
- Assist in developing technical and sales collateral including high-level M&E schematics and presentation materials
- Contribute to space planning and engineering solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Support engineering design initiatives, calculations, and solution development activities
- Assist with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling and engineering analysis
- Prepare customer and executive presentations, pitch decks, and technical packs
- Collaborate with the connectivity team and regional carriers to support customer solutions
- Learn customer and market requirements to help deliver scalable, future-ready outcomes
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE)
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with working knowledge of BlueBeam and basic AutoCAD
- Basic CFD knowledge is advantageous for mechanical engineering candidates
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective technical writing, communication, and documentation capability
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
