Responsibilities
- Gain first-hand exposure to general civil engineering with a strong presence in urban development and land development across residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill projects.
- Work on major estate and subdivision projects, gaining experience in earthworks, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept through to detailed design.
- Learn from and be mentored by SMEs, supporting growth within the team while contributing to a variety of projects.
Requirements

- Graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
- Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative thinking, self-motivation, and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of career development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills when working with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
