Responsibilities

  • Gain experience across ecological assessments.
  • Support major project teams in delivering ecology services on large energy transition, infrastructure, and precinct projects.
  • Travel and site-based work during certain parts of the year.
  • Be part of a highly collaborative team that values input from everyone and is committed to supporting the growth and development of its junior members.

Requirements

  • Graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Environmental Science with a major or focus on Ecology, Botany or Conservation.
  • Strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
  • Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Innovative thinking, self-motivation, and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of your career development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills when working with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
