Responsibilities
- Develop skills in delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management services, including cost planning and cost management across building and infrastructure projects.
- Be part of a highly collaborative team that values input from all members and is committed to supporting the growth and development of junior professionals.
- Be mentored by highly qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS) and Certified Quantity Surveyors (CQS), providing strong foundational knowledge, exposure to best practice methodologies, and the opportunity to commence APC journey early.
- Gain experience across multiple sectors, enhancing understanding of diverse, sector-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Motivated by improving quality of life.

- Graduating in 2027 or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong interest in cost management and digital innovation.
- Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative thinking, self-motivation, and a genuine commitment to taking ownership of career development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills when working with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
