About the Role
Supervise the leasing process, communicate with prospective and current tenants, and manage the community's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing.
- Serve as the primary communicator for prospects, residents, vendors, and the market.
- Continuously seek improvements for traffic, leasing, and total income.
- Conceptualize creative new ideas to improve business operations.
- Successfully execute Elmington's property performance standards.
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication.
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks.
- Present a professional image.
- Operate computers and technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.
- Prepare, locate, and compile information and documents.
- Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience.
- Multi-Family experience preferred.
