About the Role

This role focuses on driving growth through cultivating relationships. The Partnership Outreach Coordinator identifies, contacts, and builds relationships with aligned brands, platforms, and creators. Strong communication, persistence, and opportunity identification skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message.
• Maintain an active outreach pipeline and follow up professionally.
• Coordinate introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.
• Update CRM with contact records, outreach history, and deal status.
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.
• Track and report on outreach metrics including emails sent, replies, calls booked, and deals closed.

Requirements

• No degree required.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Organized and persistent approach to follow-up.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking.
• Self-starter capable of managing a pipeline with minimal oversight.
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing.
