Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment, fostering passion for the HVACR industry and imparting expert knowledge.
  • Provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-world experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
  • Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligned with industry trends.
  • Guide and mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
  • Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices for a secure working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of practical work experience in refrigeration, commercial, residential, mini splits, or boilers (excluding teaching).
  • EPA 608/Universal certification.
  • OSHA 10-30 certification.
