About the Role

As Club Manager at Fitness First, you will set the tone for a community where people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. You will lead a passionate team, create an environment where people and performance thrive, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the club's commercial success and operational performance, balancing business leadership with genuine care for people and members.

Responsibilities

Manage sales budgets and analyze data to develop improvement strategies.
Meet personal sales targets to contribute to overall club goals.
Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns.
Recruit, train, and retain staff members.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Engage with department leaders in weekly meetings.

Requirements

Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience in the fitness industry is ideal.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills.
Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L.
A passion for fitness and sales.
