About the Role
Kamco Supply Corp. of New England is expanding its Division 10 specialties operation at the Liverpool/Syracuse branch. This role involves managing commercial Division 10 projects from estimating through final completion, operating independently, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. It requires full-cycle project ownership including estimating, procurement, scheduling, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform takeoffs and estimate Division 10 projects
- Prepare proposals, bids, and quotations
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate submittals, procurement, deliveries, and scheduling
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, installers, and customers
- Manage timelines, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, costs, and jobsite issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial construction estimating or project management experience preferred
- Strong ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Division 10, interiors, drywall, ceilings, or related trades is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
