About the Role
Join the Zynga Studio One Marketing Creative Team as a Senior Marketing Artist to create engaging marketing assets across Zynga’s portfolio. This role focuses on building visually appealing content that drives consumer behavior towards marketing goals. Deliver high-quality designs and videos across various styles on tight deadlines, collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Producers, and Art Leads. You will be a key figure in the design pipeline, producing compelling content to engage audiences and drive mobile game installs worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Create original marketing creatives based on team and UA feedback.
- Utilize existing game art assets to produce marketing materials such as display ads, game icons, screenshots, video ads, email campaigns, website visuals, and promotional content.
- Identify new market trends and analyze competitor advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, implement, and iterate on compositions for digital marketing channels.
- Actively develop, maintain, and refine marketing art.
- Identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities in the creative process.
- Be agile, take ownership of projects, and adapt quickly to new demands, priorities, or changes.
- Stay updated on industry and marketing trends, and emerging technologies to improve design skills and promote innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience and understanding of casual mobile games.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Advanced knowledge of design principles including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in motion design, pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Proven expertise in motion graphics and 2D animation for video ads.
- Solid understanding of UA advertising, user motivations across networks, and mobile gaming trends.
- Experience working on live projects or products.
- Eagerness to learn and engage with AI tools for generative video/animated content and automated workflows.
- JIRA experience (desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
- Portfolio of recent work demonstrating skill and experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $75,700 - $112,060 CAD per Year (Ontario)
- $87,100 - $128,920 per Year (Illinois)
