- Collaborate with social and content teams on campaign tie-ins.
- Track video performance metrics and iterate based on views and followers.
- Repurpose top-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements
- No degree required.
- Proven TikTok presence (personal or professional).
- Comfortable on camera and skilled at scripting punchy, engaging hooks.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and the algorithm.
- Consistent and reliable.
- Experience in personal finance, gig economy, or career content (bonus).
