About the Role
Manage CPA partnerships, affiliate network relationships, curate user offers, and optimize performance. This role requires understanding performance marketing math and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks
- Evaluate new offers for quality, relevance, and payout competitiveness
- Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers
- Monitor offer performance, including EPC, conversion rates, and user complaint trends
- Coordinate with content and social teams to promote high-performing offers
- Ensure all offers meet NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards before publishing
- Maintain a live dashboard of active offers, payouts, and network performance
Requirements
- No degree required
- Familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners
- Detail-oriented with a compliance mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple network relationships simultaneously
