About the Role

Join Medtronic as an EP Mapping Specialist to transform lives through advanced medical technology. This remote role involves collaborating with clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute solutions for cardiac and electrophysiological systems. Leverage technical expertise and a passion for improving patient outcomes to directly impact global healthcare, shaping the future of medical innovation.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

Requirements

High school diploma with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Associate degree with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Ability to reside within the assigned territory.
Ability to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region.
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
Ability to travel outside assigned territory and overnight occasionally.
Ability to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory.
Ability to freely move throughout the facility.
Ability to use a phone, keyboard, and mouse.
Ability to visually interact with personal computers.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the U.S., a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
