About the Role
Join Atlassian's Transformation and Scale team within Commercial Legal. This role supports the Partners & Alliances organization, applying a programmatic mindset to scale legal support. The team prioritizes customer focus, risk-based decisions, and collaboration, utilizing Atlassian products for global asynchronous work. Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on partner agreements and transactions.
- Support Partners & Alliances in developing programs, policies, and offerings, advising on complex legal and business issues.
- Develop and implement strategy to scale support for the Partners & Alliances organization.
- Collaborate on Transformation and Scale and Commercial Legal initiatives, including contract drafting and playbooks, utilizing AI.
- Foster a collaboration-first mindset for optimal work product.
- Utilize Atlassian products to understand the business and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years practicing law.
- Juris Doctor and license to practice law in a US jurisdiction.
- In-house experience at a technology company; B2B SaaS preferred.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear language and pragmatic solutions.
- Proven success supporting a global partner organization.
- Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organization.

- Zone A: $225,000 - $293,750
- Zone B: $202,500 - $264,375
- Zone C: $187,200 - $244,400
