About the Role
This senior, enterprise-level role ensures Adobe’s most complex, multi-solution programs succeed from initiation through delivery. The Principal Delivery Excellence Enterprise Solutions Lead acts as an independent technical leader and strategic partner to delivery and executive teams, validating solution feasibility, identifying risks, and influencing decisions to improve delivery predictability and customer outcomes. This role spans multiple practices, solutions, and high-value engagements, strengthening delivery consistency, improving quality, and driving long-term customer success at scale.
Responsibilities
- Shape the design, commitment, and delivery of complex Adobe solutions.
- Review deal-to-delivery inputs, including statements of work, assumptions, resourcing plans, requirements, and technical designs.
- Assess delivery readiness, identify risks, and highlight gaps in governance or execution standards.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to delivery and customer stakeholders.
- Present findings at an executive level and offer data-driven guidance to improve delivery outcomes.
- Operate as a trusted technical leader, guiding solution direction and ensuring alignment with scalable, long-term platform design.
- Apply a broad, cross-solution perspective to architectural decisions for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Identify risks, assess feasibility, and ensure solutions are designed for durability, scalability, and business impact.
- Mentor delivery teams and elevate technical rigor across engagements.
- Provide clear direction for identified gaps and influence decisions to strengthen overall solution quality.
- Partner with senior leaders across delivery, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and improve portfolio outcomes.
- Lead delivery reviews across complex, multi-solution engagements, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with established delivery frameworks.
- Improve delivery quality, strengthen predictability, and reinforce standards across the portfolio.
- Identify systemic risks and patterns across engagements.
- Translate insights into practical recommendations for improving processes, tooling, and delivery approaches.
- Partner with engagement and practice leaders to address gaps, align priorities, and elevate execution across teams.
- Connect delivery performance to broader business strategy, technical direction, and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with senior leaders to improve how delivery is executed at scale.
- Shape tools, methodologies, and workflows that drive greater consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead initiatives that modernize delivery approaches and enable teams to operate effectively across complex programs.
- Ensure improvements are grounded in real execution needs and deliver measurable impact.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape how Professional Services delivers value.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, translating insights into actionable direction and driving alignment at the leadership level.
- Ensure programs are set up for success from the outset by strengthening the transition from sales to delivery.
- Validate solution feasibility, surface risks early, and provide direct, actionable feedback that improves delivery predictability and quality.
- Partner with delivery leadership to clarify assumptions, strengthen handoff practices, and improve outcomes across engagements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-solution technical implementations.
- Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, AEM, and Workfront.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, including APIs, data platforms, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy, delivery models, and cross-practice outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders across delivery, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in delivery quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.
- Confidence delivering clear, direct, and at times challenging feedback to senior stakeholders, grounded in data and focused on improving outcomes.
- Ability to operate across multiple programs and influence without direct authority.
- Strong focus on solution integrity, delivery alignment, and long-term success.
- Working knowledge of Workfront, DPO, JIRA, and Confluence.
