About the Role

Provide prompt, courteous service to bar guests, including order taking, suggestive selling, beverage preparation, and bar maintenance. Foster a high-energy environment, delivering fast, accurate service with a friendly, engaging presence, and creating exceptional guest experiences through anticipation and genuine connections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous service to bar guests

  • Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests seated at the bar

  • Cash out and maintain a balanced bank

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of prior experience
  • Experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly

  • Professional and tactful approach to situations
  • Comfortable with transaction reconciliation, cash out, and bank balancing
  • Understanding of lifestyle hotel operations
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
