Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to bar guests
- Take guest orders
- Suggestively sell beverages and other items
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Clear and set bar top and tables
- Foster a high-energy environment
- Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests seated at the bar
- Execute responsibilities with professionalism and precision
- Create exceptional guest experiences

- Reconcile transactions at shift end
- Cash out and maintain a balanced bank
- Ensure sequence of service is followed for all guests

- Ensure all checks are closed out timely
- Assist coworkers as needed to complete required activities and deliver amplified service
- Offer a warm greeting to all guests
Requirements
- Minimum four years of prior experience
- Experience in a four- or five-star hotel environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Patience under pressure
- Professional and tactful approach to situations
- Comfortable with transaction reconciliation, cash out, and bank balancing
- Understanding of lifestyle hotel operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented
