About the Role
This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas, as well as delivering guest supplies in a professional, upbeat, and efficient manner. The position plays a key role in fostering a high-energy environment driven by passion for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas.
- Deliver guest supplies to guests professionally, upbeat, and efficiently.
- Supply all food items needed to maintain an effective and efficient operation.
- Prepare and upkeep food lines and self-service stations.
- Move all food items from kitchen to respective areas.
- Anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and establish genuine connections.
- Complete all set-up duties on time.
- Own the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned area and kitchen.
- Assist coworkers as needed to complete required activities and deliver amplified service.
- Offer a warm greeting to all.
Requirements
- At least two years of prior experience, ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to stay patient under pressure.
- Approach every situation with tact and professionalism.
- Comfortable being a team player.
- Understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels.
- Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Active and hands-on approach.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
