About the Role
Gartner Executive Programs (ExP), part of Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS), is an indispensable tool for digital leaders. This exclusive, membership-based organization serves over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries, including Fortune 500 companies and Governments. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing customized service plans.
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events.
- Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and business renewal.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting and/or CxO roles.
- Demonstrated exposure to large end-to-end transformative initiatives, having led or co-led critical programs.
- Extensive knowledge of CIO focus areas and the IT industry, including Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy, trends, and metrics.
- In-depth understanding of current CIO challenges and how Gartner ETS provides solutions.
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
- Industry preference: Banking, Credit Unions, Insurance, Wealth Investments.

- Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 194,000 USD
- Annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance
- Role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan
