About the Role
Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, and management positions throughout the company. This role requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized company functions, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure, and extensive knowledge of personnel policy, procedure, and federal and state employment laws. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Process job requisitions.
- Develop and implement high-quality recruitment methods to attract top candidates.
- Maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Manage the internal transfer process, including screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
- Extend contingent job offers.
- Maintain the employee referral program.
- Handle clerical aspects of employment, such as completing forms and notifying departments of start dates.
- Develop recruitment materials.
- Ensure the PCHAS website is current with all open positions.
- Develop and coordinate the internal job posting program and write job postings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred or high school diploma with 7 years HR experience required.
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license and risk-free driving record.
- Willingness to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and child care/elder care disqualification list screenings.
- Ability to submit fingerprints for state and FBI review as requested.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a pre-employment physical with no communicable disease evidence.
