Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you will play a meaningful role in clients' confidence journeys. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences.
- Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience providing excellent service and developing client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team environment.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
- Availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
