About the Role
The Litigation Business Development Projects and Systems Specialist supports the enhancement of the Litigation Business Development operational infrastructure. This role assists with optimizing processes and systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across the litigation BD function. Working directly with the Litigation Business Development Projects and Systems Manager, the Specialist will create, implement, and maintain dashboards, workflows, and data standards to support disputes lawyers and litigation BD teams in delivering high-quality, consistent work product. This role reports to the Litigation Business Development Projects and Systems Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of workflows, tools, templates, and systems for litigation business development operations, including experience management, pitch systems, marketing collateral, and tracking dashboards.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and consistency of litigation experience data, pitch tracking information, and other BD-related data across systems.
- Assist with development and upkeep of dashboards, recurring reports, and analytics for litigation BD leadership and lawyers.
- Support litigation BD projects and operational initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, events, communications, practice management, finance, and technology teams for aligned execution of litigation BD initiatives.
- Assist with documenting, standardizing, and improving litigation BD processes and best practices.
- Provide day-to-day support for litigation BD platforms and tools, including basic troubleshooting, user support, and training assistance.
- Work closely with the Litigation Business Development Projects and Systems Manager to manage priorities, timelines, and departmental goals.
- Provide responsive operational, data, and systems support to litigation BD colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, continuous-improvement–oriented team environment.
Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in professional services, marketing, business development, operations, or analytics.
- Experience supporting BD operations, data management, reporting, or systems in a professional environment is strongly preferred.
- Foundational understanding of law firm or professional services BD operations.
