About the Role

This role expands on the immediate success of the founding SDR team. You will convert high-volume developer inbound into qualified opportunities and build an outbound motion to teams creating cutting-edge agents and AI products.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Develop a deep understanding of Tavily’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including AI engineers, data science teams, and product leaders building agentic systems.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team, providing necessary information to facilitate deal closure.
• Provide structured feedback on signals, workflows, and outputs to improve Tavily based on real-life testing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Sales, SDR, Analytics, or Computer Science experience in a SaaS or tech environment (exceptional entry-level candidates considered).
• Reside in Austin and be enthusiastic about an in-person office environment (4 days per week).
• Resilient, energized by relationship building, and eager to learn.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and enjoyment in learning about new products and teams.
• Ability to balance high-volume outreach with thoughtful experimentation and feedback.

Salary/Compensations

• $90,000-$120,000 USD
