Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments
- Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
- Manage personal schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
Requirements
- Enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions
- Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally
- Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles is beneficial
