About the Role

Join a small team developing an exciting new casual game. Own projects, drive results, and directly impact business performance of innovative game experiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams to write product specifications, drive feature development, design experiments, leverage analytics for problem identification, and secure solution buy-in.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional developers from concept to launch for features and initiatives.
  • Report on feature performance and share learnings across the team and studio.
  • Apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach and conduct experimentation.
  • Develop expertise in core and domain-specific metrics.
  • Maintain focus on business goals and objectives while leading feature teams.
  • Advocate for the team, customers, and business.
  • Deliver detailed reporting on active experiments and game performance, distilling observations into clear action plans.
  • Work in a highly iterative and collaborative live game environment.
  • Continuously improve the business by playing the game, prioritizing feedback, and proactively pitching solutions and ideas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in live free-to-play video games.
  • Experience in casual and dice games preferred.
  • Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and understand the market landscape.
  • Able to propose efficient, goal-focused features.
  • Communicate effectively in large or small group settings and to senior management.
  • Write and maintain product specifications.
  • Adept at filtering and prioritizing large amounts of qualitative and quantitative feedback into digestible insights.
  • Incorporate feedback into product requirements.
  • Enjoy sharing meaningful takeaways that help other PMs and team members grow.
  • Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling, and exciting user experiences.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary/Compensations

  • $108,900 - $161,160 per Year (California base pay).
  • Base pay varies by market location and individual factors.
  • Total compensation may include bonus, equity awards, 401(K) plan, and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
