About the Role
The HR Services Division provides consulting, training, and resources to educational entities, Texas school leaders, and HR administrators. We are hiring three consultants to support Texas school districts, regional service centers, and community colleges. These remote positions require candidates to reside in Texas and travel frequently within the state. Consultants will design and implement compensation plans, provide guidance on policies and procedures, develop resources, and offer ongoing customer support to improve recruitment and retention of high-quality staff.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage small to medium compensation consulting projects with data analyst support.
- Advise school executives on HR and compensation issues and problem-solving strategies.
- Develop and present training sessions and webinars on compensation and HR topics.
- Collaborate with a team of consultants and analysts to improve services.
- Independently manage assigned HR consulting projects and provide recommendations for executive briefings and school board presentations.
- Develop and present training sessions, conference presentations, and webinars on HR topics.
- Provide solution-oriented HR support to school districts, regional service centers, and community colleges.
- Assist with resource planning, writing reference materials, and researching regulatory developments to ensure accurate and timely publications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, math, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of professional experience in human resources, school administration, or a related field.
- Public school experience is strongly preferred.
