Responsibilities
- Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe.
- Ensure high quality of all inventory and fresh produce.
- Manage inventory levels, including storage.
- Assist management with tracking product expiration dates.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
