About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service upon arrival. This role involves safely handling vehicles, maintaining the parking facility, and assisting guests with their needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information on parking rates and facility locations.
- Safely drive and park guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles quickly and efficiently upon request.
- Maintain an organized and secure system for vehicle keys.
- Offer pick-up and drop-off services to nearby hotels.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damages before parking.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage.
- Monitor the parking area to deter theft and vandalism.
- Issue parking claim tickets to customers.
- Document and report incidents, damages, or complaints to management.
- Track available parking spaces for optimal utilization.
- Keep the parking area and valet booth clean and presentable.
- Collect and dispose of garbage from the parking area.
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring sanitation.
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Assist guests with disabilities or special needs.
- Process cash and credit card payments, issuing receipts.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and wear a uniform.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
